- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Returns are not accepted for pet food, opened products, discounted items, or custom orders.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
4. Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.

Are any purchases final sale?
